Glad to see the fun is already starting out on the West coast. Really looking forward to seeing all the posts. Boy oh boy - two retreats to lurk in in the same week. Can life get any better???

Yup thats me. Make a plan and stick with it through fire and flame. the fact that the plan isn't based in reality means nothing. The plan suceeded. I have had the most restful day. Had a great lunch overlooking the green square and the Autumn Leaves Parade. Lovely. Bought a dried alligator head for my grandson. He will be ecstatic and thrilled. I can give it to him when they come down for Thanksgiving next weekend. Wendy is hiding here in her room so I'm going to dig her up and have a visit. Later!!

Hey, I just watched all the Lake Placid alligator horror movies in a row last night! And I think it is hilarious you got there a day early! Must have realized way ahead you would want to "escape" your hubby :-) Can't wait to see you!

I can't sleep! And I need my sleep so I can stay awake this week!

Me too! Finally got up at 6am...just heard the bathroom fan go on downstairs so Nancy or Randy are up too, (Wayn's been up since 5, doing something with his no-knead bread for breakfast.)

Breakfast around 8am or maybe earlier if everyone is up and raring to go. Then off to Marge's at 9;30 and we will be on our way.

Big surprise about Wendy!!! Can't wait to see everyone...

Vivian--you're not excited are you? I've been following this thread all week. Guess what! I feel like getting to the sewing machine this morning. That has become a foreign feeling so it may just be reappearing. Maybe everyone's enthusiasm is rubbing off on my vicariously.

I know, I was suprised to hear she had checked in/ I didn't see her, no one answered the door so I went out to dinner by myself and listened to the polka music in the square. I still haven't seen who checked in for our retreat yet. Note the time of the post, woke up and can't go back to sleep.
