I could sew the few extra circles together to show the process.  I will have to find the leftovers and do that.   Good idea Quiltless.

WHoo Hoo --Only 6 weeks til I get to see your smiling faces!!!!

Retreat dates are 1 PM  Sunday  Sept 14th- 1 PM Friday 19th

I just re read the paperwork I got when I booked the venue. They want to be sure all participants have their room reservations by the 14th of August, so if you haven't arranged your accommodations yet, please do so now!! The number is

(406) 466-5900

Be sure to tell them you are part of the Lesofski Quilt Retreat

Also they have additional services we can book. They'll provide  meat/cheese trays (to feed 15 people) for $30. Same for Fruit and Veggie trays.  It breaks down to  less then $2 a person if we order one.  I'm not sure we can beat that price by bringing our own food in, but I need to know if you all want to do that. Can we get a discussion going on it...??

We need cutting mats and rulers. I'm not sure if rotory cutters/scissors can travel on planes. If not, we would welcome extras.

The hotel has assured me that they will supply irons and ironing boards. If you're driving  and can and bring your own along, it might be a good idea... just in case.

I have a table cloth we can use for a design wall, but another would be appreciated.

food stuffs for meals  - including utensils and paper goods.  (microwaves and refridgerators  are availible in rooms)

Does anyone have an extra crock pot they can bring? I have one, but with 16 quilters + spouces it might not be big enough.

FQ's and strips for games:

       6 FQ's for LRC

        2 FQ's for Quilter's Trivia

         80 - 100   2-1/2" X 20" strips for Strip Poker

plus  2-1/2" X WOF strips prewashed batiks  for maple leaf exchange if you are participating

Playing cards for Strip poker (no marked decks!!! LOL)

Church lady hats - to be warn on the first day.

Extension cords and table risers.

an exchange gift, valued at not more then $25.

And don't forget your projects!! ;)

As much as I would like to come to the retreat I'm sorry to see Quiltless dropping out. Can anyone tell me if there is a spot or has her place been taken by a waiting list.
