  • 3 design walls    with 3M hooks for hanging

You may want to bring small lights for your work area, specialty rulers if needed, small extension cord.   The hotel provides a large "octupus" that we are able to plug most things into but it is nice to have an extra cord just in case.    Also if you need a special chair or cushion bring it with you.

We will have refrigerator space to put sandwich makings, drinks, munchies.   Coffee will be provided.

We won't need irons or ironing boards.   There are plenty at the hotel that we can use.

LRC       3 charm squares per game   5" squares from scrap fabric

Please bring an exchange gift that is wrapped.   This can be something that you have made or purchased.   In the past people have gifted charm packs, FQs, yardage, travel ironing mats, thread   etc

Some of us bring little gifts for each person.   This isn't in anyway expected.   The types of things given are mug rugs, candy, small pincushions,     Just little thinking of you gifts.      AGAIN.....THESE ARE NOT REQUIRED

EVERYONE.....

Check In is 3pm on Sunday Feb 23 and Check out is 11am Saturday March 1.   We will pack up our sewing supplies sometime Friday night so we can have the room all cleaned out and ready for the staff to clean Saturday morning.

Will the quilting room be open before 3 pm on the day of arrival?  From reading last year's thread, it appeared that some arrived the day before and were already set up and quilting when the majority of the folks arrived.

I'm sure Nana will be happy to lock you in!

BTW, are you and Michelle planning on staying at the hotel the night before or stopping on the way?  No reason to ask except I'm curious.  I figure I'll stay the night at Tulsa.  That way I can attend early church service and still get to Branson around 2 pm.

Brigit-Carol,

I think at this time, we are either leaving on Friday and driving most of the day, of course stopping to do Quilt stores, and then finishing the drive on Saturday, Is that right Debbie-do?  Or we are heading out very early on Saturday and only doing a few shops on Saturday and then finish the drive on Sunday AM, getting there pretty early on Sunday.  I think it depends on the other 2 and their work schedule.  I don't think anything is set in stone so far.  We are meeting on Feb 1 for a sewing day here at my house so we can make more plans then.  I do have some stuff ready, but still have more to get ready!!
