Y'all make me laugh!!!!

I'm having a retreat at the Lodge on Thursday, October 10th to Sunday, October 13th.  The cost is $300.00 which includes lodging and all your food.  My daughter-in-law is an amazing cook and she's doing all the cooking for us.  It started out for scrapbooking, but I think it would be fun to include quilters too.  And Sara had told me that she is not having a fall retreat this year.  So, if you are interested, please let me know and I'll give you all the info!!!  I'd love to see you there!!!!!!!

Oh, how I would love to do it all again. But, alas, the bank account is still feeling the pain from the June retreat up there!. Have a wonderful time. Sara is the hostess with the mostess.

Mimi - These are for you --  I finished the paper piecing on my featherweight.

PS.  Bill and I will not be able to make the party :(

Oh, so cute. I had told Mimi that I would do this this week. Still not done. But, I am thinking about it now.

Beth, the scissors are KIA and I am still so in love with them; they absolutely are the best cutting scissors I have ever owned, so I now have 3 pair ( different sizes:)) What I also love is they make a 10" that has a handle big enough for a large hand to fit thru.

Kathy- Thanks for the info on the scissors - I'll pass the name along (may also keep a lookout for myself). Also thanks for the comments on my projects.

Ginny - the paper-pieced hearts were from the retreat where Mimi taught us the pattern.

Your wallhanging turned out great.  Love the finished product.
