Sukochi:Mimi took me under her teaching wing yesterday
By no means are you a beginner quilter but we all have areas that could be improved. I hope I have been able to give you one small thing that will increase the joy you get in giving your quilted gifts. You are a great student and I enjoyed working with you.

I am in awe of the beutiful projects! You all are doing such a wonderful job! I am at the point where I don't even have a favorite!
Sukochi--don't feel bad, I have a very dear friend who likes to give me a hard time (in good fun) about my sub-standard quilting skills. She keeps teasing me that she will turn me into a proper quilter one day. I do pick up tons of tips from her, but some of the things I just let slide and continue doing my own way because it works for me. As long as you get enjoyment out of your projects, you are doing great!
Beth, your embroidered piece is beautiful and I love your mini log cabin, good work!
Sara, I'm sending you my addy so you can send me your Little Teapot quilt. Nice of you to make it for me. : ) Love it!
Kathy, what can I say about your Bargello? WOW WOW WOW!
Mimi, your Tiny Dancers is so sweet and adorable.
Michelle, your Circus Jungle quilt is beautiful!
What great work is being done by all!
All of your projects are so stunning. I'm afraid if I ever go to a retreat I would spend most of the time talking instead of working. I probably wouldn't get anything finished. Congratulations to all of you for your wonderful work.
Georgetown CA I'd Rather Be Quilting

So apparently you have to be specific when you ask someone else to take your picture! Not our feet!
Now keep going up! We'd like our faces in the pic also
Yeah! You got us! Thanks. Now give the camera back.
Look at all those hard working happy "Mamas"! Love it!
Debbie-do, your Wedding Ring is beautiful and your friend will cherish it!
Michelle, love your Tumbling Blocks, Minky backing and your quilting!
Hopefully we'll get a count on quilts finished at this retreat, bet it's in the running for most quilts finished at a retreat QCA members have had.
