As for Spud's room, we do have one of us who has asked to take her room and reimburse Spud.   She was sharing a room but prefers one of her own.

Thanks Pam!

Do you get their monthly flyers by email?  Earlier I posted a link to the October flyer, which has coupons for one cut of fabric for 35% off next weekend.

Here is the link:  https://media.fabricdepot.com/assets/pdf/october_2013.pdf

Everyone that is going to Fabric Depot next weekend, should print this out...just in case they find something they can't resist...lol.

Well, I couldn't resist the beautiful day either - 73 Degrees and gorgeous out there!!!  I decided I could take an hour and tackle some garden chores.  (DH is still cutting and stacking firewood, but should he be all finished by dinnertime.)  I got two beds cleared - all the cucumbers and one tomato bed are now history. The beans, garlic, and salad beds had already been cleared.  Two more tomato beds to go, plus the peppers.  The tomatoes were partially wrapped, but they have totally succumbed to frost now.  The peppers are well wrapped (in tunnels) and still going strong!  We had a fantastic pepper crop this year!  Our bell peppers were an average of 8 inches long so we are hoping a few more will mature.  (May bring a few of these along to the Coast!)

Quiltless:
Ha!  Are you coming this way on your way back from Oregon, Nancy?

No, have to get home for our homeless hosting week at church.  I'll probably fly out and stay the entire month of January.  You're okay with that, right?  LOL

Girls! It was THE most gorgeous fall day here in Oregon; 73 degrees and sunny. I am crossing my fingers & toes for the coming week!

Can't wait!  My DH may take a day off and come with Brenda and I....any excuse to go to the coast, right? I am thinking Monday. Am still putting together some treat bags for y'all.  Patti- is 17 the Number of attendees still?

Tradewinds Charters has been able to take boats out for whale watching since Sat.  They give reports of whales being sited on all their excursions.   They say that things will continue to look good for sitings for a while longer.

MNnancy:

Nancy, I sent the pics via PM.

Have you all seen the weather reports coming out of South Dakota???  They received over 3.5 feet of snow!  Glad we're not traveling this week!

I was thinking the same thing, thinking of you two. Wow! Glad it got itself out of it's system before you travel, too!

OK I'm ready NOW. This week of work is going to drag on and on.

I'm interesting on going on a boat ride.

Still haven't decided on whether I'll be sewing or not. Have some stuff prepared but not feeling it.

You can dub all you want.  I call dibs on the spot by Kris, and that outranks a dub anyday!

Just kidding, by the way.  I'm not fussy about where I sit.  I love all my quilting girlfriends equally!

Getting my haircut this afternoon so I'll look lovely for ya'll.
