I just looked back to pages 4 to check, unit 10 is 3 bedrooms, unit 11 is 2 bedrooms. I can move to unit 11 with the night owls if anyone wants to move to the cheaper unit, or I can stay where I am. I'm easy to please.
Patti, Since there are less people now, maybe we could send you the higher amount for the deposit, and if we add more people closer to the retreat then we would just owe you less for the second payment.

Patti, remember that I will be a back-up for Leavenworth if you do not get 16 quilters. I just wanted to be sure that other people had a chance to come if they wanted to...but if there is an opening still in April, count me in!

Jacy, I don't think there is any need to switch at this time. And yes the larger amount would help, specially if we have not filled the spaces. I don't think we will have any problem with filling the spaces, it's just that they are wanting part of the money by Jan 15.
Those of you in room 10 and 11 can work out who goes where, but most of the gremlins night owls are in 11. Just remember those that may have some difficulty with stairs should have first chance number 10.

I know this seems very early to be collecting money. And if someone needed to cancel in the next few months, I don't think we would have any problem filling the space and reimbursing what was sent.

Sorry, I just got into this thread today. I'm stll not sure that both George and I can be gone at the same time, with the 'old folks' needing someone around 24/7. I see Maggie says she won't be able to make it. Can I take her place in unit 10and forgo the two spaces in unit 9? Please let me know.
