I have gone over the room arrangements and the payment that I will need by January 1, so I can get it to Beachcomber's Haven in time.

Unit 9: Judy E and DH, and Marge and DH. $151.25 per couple.
Unit 10: Kathy, Roberta, Spud, Jacy, Elizabeth, and Maggie. $50.42 each.
Unit: 11: Gini, Nana, Kris, Patti, Pat and Andrea. $64.17 each.
Unit 12, 2 couples: Karla and DH, and Bertie and DH. $192.50 each couple.
A couple of you, I have not heard from since the Leavenworth retreat. Those I do not hear from by Dec. 15, I will try to contact individually.
I know this is early to be getting the money in, put Beachcombers Haven wants half by January 15. And as DH and I just got a new pump for our deep well, our personal funds are a little tighter.

Who in unit 11 wants to move down to unit 10? It will be less expensive. That unit has 3 bedrooms. 2 would share a room. As it is in unit 11, a couple of us would be using a hide-a-bed in the living room area and it would be nice to avoid this, even if it makes unit 11 a little more expensive for the 4 remaining people in 11.

Patty Mc: We can have as many as 20 who are sewing. It is very spacious and a fantastic set up for quilters. Are you interested? We'd love to have you.
PattI: I would love to try another retreat. However, I think I'm looking at a hip replacement in Jan and another in Sept. I'll know a lot more after Monday.
So I'll wait to ask you for a space. This appears to have more room for sewing than Leavenworth. That I would really like. I'll just keep watching this thread.

Patti, I am one of those you haven't heard from I think. I was hoping to work things out to be able to go but it's too late in the month and conflicts with family birthdays and plans. Maybe someone else can go in my place.
We have a few changes. Please check below and let me know what you want to do. Also note, that the amounts below are half of what you will be paying for the 5 nights.
Unit 10: Spud, Jacy, Elizabeth, $50.42 each. We need 3 others in this unit. Do two of you from unit 11 want to move into this unit? Then that will leave an open space for one more.
Unit: 11: Gini, Nana, Kris, Patti, Pat and Andrea. $64.17 each. If only 4 are in this room, then it will be $96.25 each due by Jan 1. I am willing to take the hide-a-bed to lower the cost, so it is somewhere in between.

Patty Mc, I just now saw your post from above. We would love to have you. In Oregon, the space available is down stairs and near the sewing room. If that is still too close to the surgery date, Leavenworth will be in April and there are several openings there. We have decided that 16 is the limit for that retreat now. You are right, it was too crowded. I think we had 17-18 when you came. We have several openings there, and may not get 16.
Oh thanks so much Patti: I'll know more after Monday. Maybe the fall surgery could be delayed. That's to be seen.
