Day 2 of our trip and we have stopped for the night just east of Albuquerque. I-40 through Amarillo was closed yesterday, but heard it re-opened about Noon today. Praying for no more snow through that area. Roads have been clear today, hope for more of the same tomorrow, although there is snow and ice here in the parking lot of our hotel.

Sister Mary and I will be leaving Saturday morning sometime. It's a 4 hour trip so will probably get underway around 9:30am. Should be there by 2pm. Unless we make a few stops.

I made an unfortunate discovery... I forgot to pack my camera battery charger. It will be hard to do much reporting at the retreat if I can't take pictures. I hope one of you has the kind of cord or charger that will work with my camera battery. I have a Canon Powershot S95 and it has connections for firewire and a mini-USB.
