I just booked my flight. So all my money has been paid. Now to count the days until I see you all. And to my quilting buddies from the Leavenworth retreat, I finished four quilts for Christmas, and they were a big hit :-)

I've been wondering the same things. If everything goes as hoped, we should pull in late evening on the 2nd, so I will most likely be the last to arrive. Long drive from Bloomington, IL. George is still fretting about weather, especially flying into Chicago and the drive to Bloomington and then to Branson, but I'm more optimistic. It is going to be fantastic!
Do you ladies realize that it's only about 2 months off? I am so looking forward to this retreat. I'm still trying to decide what to bring to work on. Since we're flying, I'm not going to bring tons of stuff. Definitely a block with some hand applique in the hopes I can corner Gini for some pointers. Perhaps my Vintage Tin hand work (that's for sure going on the plane with me for the long flight). Perhaps some calendar blocks. Perhaps.....perhaps......I plan to ship my little Baby Lock Audrey with my sewing supplies. It will go to my sister in laws home where we will be renting a car for the drive to Branson.
I'll have my laptop and hope there are others who may want to play with EQ7 to learn together.

Judy - If the weather continues as is today, you should not have any weather problems. Last March we had some pretty nice days. Where is your sister-in-law? If not convenient for you - can ship to me and I'll bring along. I live in Channahon, IL about 1 hr. south of O'hare.

If you would rather not ship a sewing machine I have a couple extra that I can bring with me since I am driving. It makes it much easier for those flying in. I know I always appreciate the loan of machines when I come to Washington.
