Bonita:

Here's my 3rd block. I like how it turned out. Lots of little curves and one big one. LOL

Bonita, it's beautiful. Great job.

Bonita, it turned out so well. And the color combo is great.

I will not be doing this, as I have no luck with sewing curves. It is all I can do to sew straghtt lines.

Thanks Sukochi, it really isn't that hard. Just need to pin it well and go a bit slow around the curves. Sounds just like driving. LOL

There you go again, Sukochi, selling yourself short. We all need to stretch ourselves sometimes. And everytime you do, you have done a great job. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!

Thanks, Barbara. She makes it look less scary. Might try it on some scrap fabric one day. But now is not the time. I have skipped that one and just moved on to the next. Really like this block. Will take a picture when I am able to get back to it and get it done. right now, there is a patient fresh from surgery, who now has a really bad sore throat, and the ever present littler box to deal with. I hope to spend a bit of time in the sewing room this aft.

Sukochi, that fine I just wanted to let you know there was a good tutorial on this , once you have tired it its not hard at all. Sorry to hear hubby has a sore throat ,give him some honey to help sooth it ,,I'm sure it is from his being intubated during  the surgery , happens to most of us . give hubby my best wishes for a speedy recovery , and take care of yourself as well.  Let us know if you need to vent or just talk ..Barbara

As our quilting life goes on, broading our abilites is how we progress. I will learn to do this. Someday.
