I'm doing the class by Kay England on Craftsy . this is my first block . this site is just to post our pictures ,if you are taking the class . For some reason my colors just will not come thru ,the strips are brown and the light is a beige with brown and lt orange flowers.. I tried several different setting and lighting . Barbara

Here is my next Block ,this one is called Barbara Fritchie Star. I had a hard time with this star ,It was not the pattern ,it was the fabric I used , It pretty fabric but I'll not use in again. very stretchy,and hard to work with . That 's really to bad as I like the fabric . Barbara

I finished this block up today , this is the Yankee Puzzle Block ,can out pretty good . Barbara

Thanks Kris and Bonita for your kind words, Kris yeah I've been trying to get caught up on some of my little projects , I'm going to Thea's this next week and taking a whole bunch of my quilts with me to get sandwiched , then I'm home to get them all quilted . I must have around ten quilts to do . Thea has been kind enough to offer me help in getting them together.,then I think we are going to OKC to visit a couple of shops .yipee new shops to visit..
