I tried using some zig-zagged material for the Snitch's wings, hoping to give them some illlusion of movement. Then made some pleats to break up the flat zig-zagging. I am about to decide the Golden Snitch just isn't a good subject to try to create.
Love your snitch!! Thank you for posting, I think I'll use it afterall in one of my blocks. I hope it's OK if I model my snitch after yours. Your blocks are all such an inspiration.
Max it looks great. The wing fabric works really well for this.
