Ok!!!

I'm still not in sync with this group.  I keep thinking I'm making the right blocks for the posting.  Get them done come into post and find I didn't to the assigned blocks.  So this is 18, 19, 20, and 21.   Kris I owe you 22.

Made some modification to incorporate the items that DD wanted to add.  I'm going to add buttons for the wheels of the car. Also going to add some red and orange to the flame of the candle and may outline the candle stick so it will stand out more.

Nice work Robin. I like that you put the car in one of your blocks and your sorting hat looks great. YOu can post photos of your other blocks in the discussion thread if there isn't one for it specifically. I'll be opening another thread shortly.

Nice work.

Robin,

You have the two blocks that make up the Sorting Hat. Isn't Block 21 the block that just has a little bit of the hat, and Block 22 has the biggest part of the hat? Blocks 21 and 22 go together.

Really like the Whomping Tree and car!  The buttons of wheels is a great idea!

Oops!  I can't read or count or something.  Thanks Max for getting me straight that makes me further along than I thought!

Glad you like the car and the Whomping Tree, those little parts are a bugger.

Thanks Max for pointing that out. I totally missed that.

Have had this one done for awhile... but just got a pic.  This was a easy block for me to do. Went fast.

Deb,

Wonderful fabrics, again!  There's a book on UFO's, of the alien kind?  Love the puple candle cup. It really brings out the soft colors in the candle.

Ok... so I thought i messed up on the brim of the hat but I didn't. Its the design of it.  I am pleased with the way it turned out. :) It will blend in good with the other blocks.

Debbie,

Good job on the Sorting Hat!  It's really hard to make that block "pretty". LOL!  Like the way you used lighter color for the creases in the hat. I used darker and don't like the way it looks...but it won't get changed.  Trevor and the Sorting Hat look like they are talking to each other.
