Here are my blocks one and two. The background will be consistent throughout. The books and other items will come from my scrap bin. I redrew my blocks in EQ 7 so I could make them 8 inches.

Kris

These are very pretty.  I need to decide on a background fabric.   Do you remember what the yardage requirements for the background is?

Kris,

Good job.  Love the colors.  I've printed out the patterns.  Now just have to decide on background fabric, etc.  This is going to be soooooooo cute.

Thanks Ninette,

the blocks are 10 inches. Each person makes his/her own blocks using the pattern provided.

These are the first two blocks so we'll be finished this time next year. The links are posted in the "pages" section of this group.

Gracias Ninette,

los bloques son 10 pulgadas. Cada persona hace su propios bloques usando el modelo proporcionado.

Here's my first two Harry Potter Blocks. Made a bit of a ugh on one of the book stripes. I thought they would show more yellow but they look nearly the same as the background. That's OK, this is just one of 30 blocks. I'll also post the photo in the media section.
