Thank you Max and Robin. (big smile) Max, I know what you mean about not doing them over. lol I thought I goofed on the hat brim. Had to recheck the pattern and the photo. And I had to be real careful because I only had a small amt of the dark brown left over. No room for errors or I would have had to make both blocks over again. I think Trevor will go next to the caldron on my quilt. (He looks a bit tipsy. lol) Then the Sorting Hat then Scabbers on the end. :)

Good job on the Sorting Hat! It's really hard to make that block "pretty". LOL! Like the way you used lighter color for the creases in the hat. I used darker and don't like the way it looks...but it won't get changed. Trevor and the Sorting Hat look like they are talking to each other.

Ok... so I thought i messed up on the brim of the hat but I didn't. Its the design of it. I am pleased with the way it turned out. :) It will blend in good with the other blocks.

Wonderful fabrics, again! There's a book on UFO's, of the alien kind? Love the puple candle cup. It really brings out the soft colors in the candle.

Nice work Robin. I like that you put the car in one of your blocks and your sorting hat looks great. YOu can post photos of your other blocks in the discussion thread if there isn't one for it specifically. I'll be opening another thread shortly.
