I like the star as well but the tree didn't do it for me.
Thanks for the link Gini.
I will have a look and see what i can come up with, I suspect it will be the same as a paper origami star but using an iron to press the folds to make it sit right.
lots of love
frances, check out the bee hexie

Gini, That is very cute.
Januarys EPP block is something a bit different, you can blame my sister for this one since we were watching the Victorian Flower Garden and saw Harry Dodson making a Victorian Carpet Bedding design, Nicky said that would make a good quilt block, so thats what im going to do. I will simplify the design but if anyone doesnt feel up to making it, let me know and i can send you a copy.
This reminds me of "Joseph's Coat". It's beautiful. I'll try it.
Im going to be late for this months block I dont really have a good excuse apart from ive had a rotten cold and i cant get my brain into gear to draw out the next block. It wont be long i promise.
That's OK Frances. Just concentrate on getting better.
Thank you Kris,
Its just knocked me for six, but getting better now.
I hope you had a lovely Christmas.
I’m glad you’re on the mend Frances.
Christmas wasn’t bad. I was on call but didn’t have to go in. DH and I stayed home relaxing on the couch.
When you get chance could you put a title up for EPP Sampler block 11, Spiders Web.
Got it Frances. I saw the photo of your blocks together. It's looking great.
Thank you so much Kris, couldnt get on my home page to send you a message like i normally do.
The blocks do look good, im really pleased i took the photo last night so in reality the blocks are a lot brighter than what they look like in the photo.
Just for once ive been able to get on here.
Kris could you please post the title EPP Block 12, Hot Air Balloon.
Hope youre all okay youre not forgotten just such a pain in the butt trying to post anything.
