Okay confession time girls,

When i first looked for patterns for this quilt, I had forgotten about the copyright issue on patterns, so some i have wont come into copyright because they have been around for zillions of years, for the others i will design the pattern (in no way copied from a book), and then i will show the block if we all use the same free graph paper from this site http://incompetech.com/graphpaper/trianglehex.html then we can all do it this site is also good for triangles, squares, diamonds and lots of other shapes and since there free it should work well for us.

Frances, sounds good ,we don't want you to have any issues.  I'm not very good at drwaing ,unless its  Zentangle , but once you post a picture I'll give it a shot.  I do have EQ7 and Block Base if you need me to look up any patterns for you ,just let me know . I'm also sending you a private message. Barbara

I am into zentangles too! I have been looking at how to quilt zentangles :)

Thanks Sandy for the link ,I have done a couple of small quilted blocks of Zentangle. I frequenty use some of the patterns in my quilting . they work pretty good . Barbara

This site http://www.spunsugarquilt.com/2011/08/tutorial-english-paper-piecing.html has a really good tutorial on Apple cores, I plan on doing an Apple core block for the sampler quilt, so this should really come in handy.

I'll be adding a page called "Frances' EPP Sampler". The links to all the threads will be there so if any gets buried you'll always be able to find them. I also place tags for each thread so you can find them that way as well.

Tags are listed down the right side of the group's home page below the "Recent Active Members" heading.
