Here is my first block for this BOM ,Had alittle bit of a tuff time as they really don't give much in the way of measurements . but I made it thru. I kinda like it ,I'm going to do this project in 30's reproduction fabric . Barbara
EAT!! SLEEP !! QUILT!!
Pretty block Barbara. The finished size will be 12" so your block should measure 12.5" Nice work.
Gini,
this one came from Debbie-Do. I opened up the thread for those who don't want to do the Harry Potter project.
Some will be making both.
Kris I think mine is just a little over 12.5 in. but I can trim it down when time to put with other blocks. Barbara
Barbara your block turned out great! I love the idea of using 30's reproduction fabrics!
Nice looking block Barbara. Have downloaded the pattern but haven't decided if going to do this yet or not. Lots going on between now and our move in June.
Joy, thank you , Barbara
Kathie, thank you , It really did not tke any time to do this block.a couple of hours ,but I'm slow .barbara
Here is my BOM Block One - it was pretty quick to complete although I was a little disappointed with the instructions.
I love Carol Doak because she provides great piecing & cutting instructions. I'm doing a Block a Week of her "50 Fabulous Paper Pieced Stars". Some are easy & some are more complex. I'm addicted to paper piecing!
Very pretty Patricia.
Patricia beautiful block, I love your colors. Barbara
