Angele, I think way back in the discussion Nana said something like about 72 x 84.
The top finishes at 72 x 84 without borders.
I can not wait to see everyone's finished tops. You have all picked such beautiful fabrics.
I joined up to ask a question first,
would this quilt look good with a variety of fabrics? I am going to try and use my stash.
If not, I will keep looking.
I am not sure if this pattern will work well as a scrappy.
Okay, thank you Nana, I will see what I have on hand.
I've been looking at all the beautiful fabrics that everyone chose and trying to select something from my stash. The check would be #1, the print #2 and the middle one the background. It doesn't show, but the print has yellow and yellow green flowers. I also have enough from the background fabric for a border. Hope this works.
Really pretty fabrics.
Really like the colors, especially the greyish Blue...can't wait to see how this turns out!
These fabrics are from my stash. I was determined not to buy any since I just bought a whole lot for the Loyal Union Sampler. I'll use the gold on the right as the background and the other two that are cut into strips for fabrics 1 and 2. The solid colors will be used in the borders along with what's left from the other 3 fabrics. The one solid looks sort of red but it's really a dark rust color. There's not much contrast among the colors but hopefully they'll work.
Your colors are beautiful and will work just fine.
Well, here is what I found in my stash for a MQ9 mini.
Beautiful fabric, Pat, it should be a knockout!
Carol, I love your colors, they do look tranquil! And you have it cut al lready??? I have to get busy!
Pat wow these sure do pop love them! Can't wait to see it all sewn up into a lovely quilt.
