Here are my fabrics for MQ7. I'm into color this month. If I like this quilt (no doubt I will), and it is as easy as Nana says, I have two more fabric collections I may use to make another.

Just picked up from the long-arm quilt shop and she did a beautiful job on the quilting. Now all I have to do is bind it in red, and it'll be finished!

I wanted to stay with the original layout and borders as directed in the MQ instructions, but I thought my colors needed something extra. So when it was suggested as a fall throw, I decided to add some leaves. The leaves are cut from three shades of Fossil Fern batik.

So, I got a little carried away with my cool, stash-raided selections :) I'll either be making 2 med, or 3 small. Right now, I have 87 blocks....think I'll make another 3-4 and just be safe, no matter what LOL! I am absolutely LOVING the way these fabrics are playing together! Wish I could get a better picture for you guys! I'm thinking the additional blocks will be mostly black/orange. Seems to be an abundance of green in there.

This is almost my final selection...I swapped out a few before cutting. Mainly, a mix of black/yellow/orange/green in fall tones. Few lighter ones thrown in as well.
