Hi Nana
I thought about ordering MSQC kits for this as well, but they did a really bad job in that they just gave 2 kits, the name of the kits, but no pictures of what the fabric looks like. I would have liked to see what the material looks like. Maybe Ginny can post a picture of the fabric.

Oh my gosh, Candy, Iwould love to show you the fabrics, but I can't post my pictures for some reason. If you go on MSQC site, pull up the" Tyler" fabrics and you can get a small picture of all the various patterns in the group. Click on that small picture and it increases in size. Ginny
When you say that you used 30 strips to make your quilt, were you referring to 30--5 1/2 X WOF or 30--5 1/2 X 9 1/2 pieces?
Hi Janet. I love your fabrics. I think you are right about the yellow green and the other green square. They don't play well with the others.
OK, I understand now. I had to learn how to navigate through the different sites and finally found my answer.

You will need 30 5 1/2 x 20 strips that will be cut into 60 5 1/2 x 9 1/2 pieces. Divide these pieces into 2 piles of 30 each. One pile will remain 5 1/2 x 9 1/2. The second pile is the ones you cut into 2 x 9 1/2 and 3 1/2 x 9 1/2 pieces. You will end of with 30 pieces of each size.

Thanks Nana, I believe I have it now. I had hope to do something scrappy but who knows what I will end up with, so was difficult to try to figure out the final numbers. But this has made it so much clearer to me. Thanks

I haven't started cutting yet, I was planning on making it as per the instructions given, and just wanted to purchase enough backing to match the top.
This is my fabric choices. The border fabric I have is filled with autumn leaves and these fabrics will go perfectly with it. Looking forward to cutting it and hope I don't mess it up since these are FQ's :-)
Looking forward to working on this mystery!
I love your choice of colors!
Hi MyrasT it is nice to meet you and I'm glad you are doing the MQ!
Life is like a quilt...bits & pieces, joy & sorrow, stitched with love
Pretty colors Helen!
Thank you Spudgrandma! I am very excited about this project and can't wait for the next step. I already cut out my fabrics. It is fun to see the fabric choices here and again there will be lots of beautifully different quilts!
Hi edie it is nice to meet you. I'm glad you have joined up.
