I finally finished this one and put it in the Ballarat show, it won 1st prize in the novice section. I think the black sets off the colours beautifully, don't you?

My friend Rose, one of my quilt group members, did our MQ#6, and today she brought it to quilting day at the cabin--I'm so proud of her for finishing it! Looks great, too!

There is no specific date yet, but it will be in the fall. We usually start in late Sept or early Oct.
