THIS GROUP IS NOW CLOSED AND WILL NOT BE CONTINUED IN 2013. THERE IS NO ONE TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THIS GROUP SO IT WILL BE CLOSED BY ADMINISTRATION OF QCA AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2012.
