OMG! So many half square triangles!  Somewhere I read how to do them strip pieced. If I find it, I'll let you know, in the meantime, to those that have finished this one, they look wonderful!

OK, Here's the link  ( http://quilting.about.com/od/piecingtechniques/ss/grid_triangles.htm ) to the way I will do my half square triangles with one exception, I will cut my strips to the next whole size then trim down to size.  I find it easier to trim down than try to make them bigger if to small.  You will have to copy then paste the the link into your browser.  Good luck to those that haven't yet done this one.

Don't know why but this one reminds me of a picnic.  Maybe it's the gingham.  Nice job Carolyn.

Thanks Jeanette but it's actually a deep maroon.  Sure wish the colors would show up better.
