Roxana:

Kris and Carolyn, I love your blocks. Sue, I think she has a watermark to protect the photo but I'm not sure.

Thanks Roxana. Yes I have a watermark on my blocks. It says "©DOQuilting".

Carolyn (CarolBeau):
Love your Halloween fabric, Kris. :)

Thanks.

Carolyn (CarolBeau):
i decided to just do my geese my normal way. I was quite happy with how quickly and painlessly it was. I think I'll just continue to use my old tried and true method.

Your block looks great. I love all the blues. I make the geese different from the book as well.

Another blue beauty, Carolyn.  Yup, I'm doing my geese my way....I think they turn out better that way too.

More beautiful blocks.  Everyone should do their "geese" in whatever method works best for them.  Just have fun.

Here's my version of Camp Curtain.  Everyone is really doing a great job with their blocks.  The picture's a little out of focus; the colors are red and blue

Well I'm guessing that moved up wedding date has really changed the amount of free time you now have. (Am I remembering right?  It's your DD who is getting married in Dec, right?)   You're not that far behind and I love both of the versions you are making.  WTG.  They're both going to be wonderful quilts.

Jacy, pretty blocks, are you putting sashing on one of them?

Yep, you remembered right and it is cutting into sewing time. So far the wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses and the flower girl dress all need slight alterations, guess who will be doing that. But I will find time to quilt no matter what, it my sanity saver!

Yes, I've figured out the sashing for one of them, so I figured I would sew the sashing on each block as I make them. I should figure out the cornerstones too, then i could sew it on 2 sides of each block.

I like them both. I think the light colours are my faves.

I've been adding my sashing to my blocks (after I scan them) as well.
