I got mine today, too. Too bad I don't have something cut and ready to piece!

I got mine on Wednesday and I live in PA too.  Don't worry Martha, I'm sure it will arrive soon.  I worked hard all week so I could just sew, sew, sew until I was happy allover.  And to have a new foot to use gives me goose bumps.

I hope everyone loves the new foot as much as I do. Has anyone else tried it out yet ?

Martha, I think the roll-out for shipping the O2 foot is scheduled over 2+ months. You will get it, though.

I did use the new foot, but it was only on 2 pieces of fabric. I haven't tried going over bulky seams, yet.

Hi all. Well I got my 7700 set up this morning and was playing.  I love it.  Most of it is like my 9700 but with lots more room for quilts.  My machine came with an O-1/4" foot, is that what you guys are talking about?  I have not really tried it out on anything other than a 2 pieces of fabric yet but will as soon as I have time. been cleaning yuk....Mine also came with a cover and a plastic table but the store that I bought from gave me the matching table as well in the purchase price.

Marilyn, We are talking about The O-2 foot that replaces the O, alot of us here had problems with it going over bulky seams. With alot of complaints Janome redesigned it and sent them out to all registered owners, the new one works so much better.

Hi Everyone, I do not have the 7700 yet, but am very interested in it. I have a Babylock QCP that is gving me problems. I am intrigued by the 7700 because of the size of the throat and the different stitches it will do. I went and read Leah Day's blog and she is an excellent spokesperson for Janome! I was ready to run out the door and buy one quickly. LOL! There is a dealer close to me so I will have to go over and see if he actually has any in his store. There is an LQS near me that is now selling Tin Lizzie's and frames. They also rent it out. I am interested in that until I look at the size of the frame and the size of my sewing room. That is another plus for the 7700. So, I just thought I'd join the group and listen in on your chatting about your machines.

I am waiting to see if my Babylock is going to live. This isn't the best time for me to purchase a new machine. But, hey, since when have I been sensible about quilty things. LOL!
