My first large hand quilting project.  I think it turned out pretty good.  Only did a stitch in the ditch around the blocks then echoed the border applique and did straight lines in the border.

WOW!  This is so beautiful, Nana!  I remember seeing this in the threads somewhere way back when and it still amazes me how much time and effort you put into it.  AWESOME!

Oh how beautiful.  How long did it take to do?  I"ve often thought about doing one but don't think I would live long enough to complete it.
