Debi, great job on your blocks! What's wrong with the handle on your basket, looks good to me.

I agree with Marie, your handle is fine. Glad to see someone else attempting this quilt. I only lack about 10 blocks and am adding sashing and cornerstones on 2 sides of the 100 or so I have done. I am anxious to see my quilt actually BE a quilt instead of bags of blocks. I am doing this one by hand in the truck and have already named it "On the Road Again". I may even attempt a second hand-done quilt of this type. It keeps me busy while playing "rolling secretary" to my husband while trucking cattle, horses, etc. He handles the animals with farmer's help and I write out receipts.
These blocks get easier as you go along. If you look in the individual discussions for each block, there are loads of tips and troubles we all had along the way. This is one quilt that doesn't get boring as you go along.

Nice blocks Debi. They all look fine to me.
As Marsha suggested, if you look in the individual discussion threads for each block you'll find tips and and issues that may have come up for other members.
Got three more blocks done today. Will post 10-13 as soon as I can. Pretty soon I will have 20 done, this is going reasonably fast for me. I am making it totally scrappy and as close as I can to the fabric prints and colors in our book. Sew much fun!
You're doing really well Debi. WTG.
Almost finished to block 20 now! I use my iPad though and am unable to post pics from here. I need to log on to a computer and upload pics from there. I am having too much fun!
My basket handle has a pucker in it :-( I am not a fan of appliqué, so I don't do it very often. I am not sure other than to take it off and re-do it, how to fix it. I guess I will get there in the end, or just leave it for the quilting to hold down.
