Congrats on getting it done Jill.
What a great Christmas gift to yourself...111 finished small blocks all assembled and probably quilted before Christmas.
Can't wait to see the finished product. With Nana's help, I hope to attain that lofty goal sometime in 2012.
Glad to hear that the small size variations weren't a major problem. Well done.

Way to go Jill, can't wait to see it finished.

Impressive job Jill, 111 WTG.
Thanks everyone! It's as if a huge load is off my shoulders! All those little blocks piled up and drove me nuts; looking at me saying put me together. So I figure I couldn't lose them if they were in rows, right?! The next thing I knew I was completing the squares we hadn't done yet - some were really tough. Then I was on a roll and could see the light at the end of the tunnel. YEAH! Anyway, Happy Holidays to all. Good luck next year completing it.

I posted pics in the media section. Hope they show well.
It's beautiful Jill.
i was finally able to post my picture of my completed Farmers wife quilt. I did mine all in purple and lavender fabrics. This quilt will be for my husband and myself. Last year at this time I finished 4 dresden plate quilts for our children for Christmas presents. Now I am working on quilts for our 8 grandchildren. I have 4 done and 4 to go. So hopefully will be able to give them their quilts next year for Christmas.

The next assignment has finally been posted. I am sorry to say that this next grouping of blocks have to use templates. We are getting down to the blocks that it is going to be hard to cut without the templates. Most of them are using either odd shapes or unusual measurements. Good luck and have fun.
Also congratulations to those who have finished their quilts Good for you.

Nana:The next assignment has finally been posted.
Nana, thank you for posting a new assignment. I just started working on these blocks again this week! I find I have 4 of these 5 blocks done but didn't take the time to take pictures when I had them finished, so need to do that before posting them. Have about 30 of the final blocks done but was waiting for your post to do more until I ran out of cut-out blocks for Sylvia's Briday Sampler, so went back to these. Nearly finished 2 more this week. I didn't really want to finish the quilt before the rest, but see that some couldn't resist! I like to see the comments as we go and see if I can help someone with problems if I can. Might not come back here if I had my quilt done!

Pulled out all my blocks and put them on my wall. Just seeing them all together has really motivated me to get this quilt finished!
Absolutely beautiful, Jacy!! This inspires me too!!!!
