Karen, did you get my PM emails? I tried to answer all of your questions.

Thanks, Debbie, for the USPS information. ... Maybe I should look into printing labels but I go to the USPS site and buy the prepostaged flat rate envelopes and have them shipped to me for free! ... Karen, the envelopes she is is referencing are the FLAT RATE ones. We just don't know what size all the baggies will fit in yet, the letter size or the legal size. That will make a difference in the cost of the postage as well.

On the return envelope, put your address as the return address and the send to address. It assures you get them faster.

If this works, that's the link to the USPS store for the flat rate envelopes. I'm really having difficulty with QCA on posting anything with a link.

Debbie:

swedeami:
is there a certain way we are dopposed to fasten them in sets?

Great question, swedami - I have just been putting mine in baggies, sets are together (2 sets of  8, 2 color combos) but not pinned.  Is that okay?

Karen, since you are in BOTH swaps, you'll need to put Group 1 or Group 2 on the outside of your baggies. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Each of mine have 4 sets of 4...I'm using my stash of scraps to do them.  Hope this is OK, I've already redone them all once, and I hesitate to do it again.

Karla, why did you feel the need to redo them all?  Wrong size?

Sorry, I didn't really take the HST's apart and redo them (well maybe a couple of them), but rather the way I had packaged them up.  I didn't have at least 4 matching ones in each baggie, and when I took them out to repackage them so they were in groups of at least 4, I found I needed to make a bunch more to accomplish that.  But I'm almost done now, just 2 more baggies to fill up.  I'll definitely have some extras of my own when I get them back.

Did you all see the quilt Nana just completed at the Smoky Mountain retreat?

I count 154 HSTs, so hers must be bigger than ours, but it sure is pretty!

It's beautiful and I love the colors.  Those HST's definitely look bigger than the ones I made...
