due to the size and error messages that have been popping up I'm opening a new thread to use ,the old one is still here and can be used for reference . I have also closed some of the older swaps ,they to are still here and can be used for reference ,You will just need to post your messages here.I am hoping this will cut down some of those error messages. thanks Barbara

I think I have caught all of the thread with a large number of messages , I am hoping this will help with the error messages that so many of us have been getting. If I missed reopening a thread please let me know and I will do so .I think I got them all . thank barbara

I think it is a great idea to close the swap threads once the swap is completed. It definitely cuts down on really large threads that do contribute to error messages on the site. Also I honestly don't see where we need the thread once the swap is closed. In one of my groups I have went as far as deleting whole threads once they are no longer a necessary part of the group. This has really helped when the group postings started slowing down badly.
