I want all of you to know that you are doing a great job with the swaps and we have had no issues to this date that are serious.I would like to remind everyone doing the swaps not to send it your fabric until the close date of each swap . This is important that you try and follow the dates. One reason is sometimes members need to drop out for unexpected life problems and if you send in your fabric early you are really using up fabric that can be used for yourselves. I understand that sometimes you will need to, so check with your swap host. if there is a confllict issue for you . I hope all of you will keep up the great swap ideas and the really good converstations that have made this group fun again. We could not do this without any of you ..thanks Barbara

Second snow man block exchange - extended until January to be an applique block exchange
Winter fabric exchange-Dec 15
Everyone in the case of the R.O.Y. swap even though I moved the "shipping" date to help out our retreat goers and a few others the participant number is closed at 15. It is ok to go ahead and mail anytime you are ready in this particular swap. Thanks for all of your attention to the details. It really makes hosting a swap so much easier. Just be aware that if you mail a little early that I won't be returning any packages until I receive everyones and they do have until Sept 7 to get them mailed.

Is this making jelly rolls out of 7-1/2 yds of fabric? Each participant sends a total of 7-1/2 yds to each participant? If there are 10 participants, we could be talking over 70 yds of fabric?
