Caryl Anne you don't have to wait till the 5 th. That is the date they have to be mailed out by. It's just the deadline date of the swap. And no one should not be finished with theirs past that date.  Did that make sense?  Lol.  You can mail when ever you want to if your done.  I still have two to do. They are a lot of fun!

I received the most darling mug rugs today along with a newsy note.  Thank you FLO!  It's so nice to receive a note telling a little about the person.  I love each one, but I think my favourite one is summer -- watermelon.

So glad you liked them!  The watermelon was the one I worried about you liking most.  To me watermelons say summer.  I am making another set for my sister who is coming in from New Jersey tomorrow.  I have 1 left to make and need to get it done tonight.  Lets keep in touch.

I'm checking in Candis. It took me a week to get back on after the maintenance. This weekend my "whole" family is celebrating my sister's 60th birthday. In 13 months I will also be 60. Having said that, I will probably be mailing out my mug rugs on Monday or Tuesday. Again, thank you so much for hosting this swap. I'm still so excited about it.

There are quite a few of us turning 60 within the next year... Me in September - Not sure if I am ready for that new decade... the 50s were quite interesting!

I turned 60 in December of last year so I'm close to the rest of you. I agree that the 50's were interesting and it will be interesting to see what the 60's bring! I'm so thankful that God is in control!

I am mailing My mug rugs off Monday!! So much fun taking my time and making these!  Nice to work on small projects, and try to get creative, and try new techniques. I think I spent more time on them then necessary, but just so enjoyable for a change of pace from big quilts!!!    I hope you enjoy them, my special someone!!  I tried very hard to personalize just for you!!
