Caryl Anne:
I had time this afternoon to play with our new squishies. The fabrics are very nice. However, much to my dismay, we received only 12 cut correctly.

Hi Caryl Anne,

I hope I did not cut incorrectly. However, I did cut the salvage off. Next time I will not. I thought I was trying to help. Hope I didn't screw up too badly.

Barbara, I am working on a graft- paper pattern design, and reading this idea. I would love to have a FQ and a Jelly Roll for my new pattern. A floral would be exactly right for what I want to do. My oldest grand in going off to college in the fall and I wanted to make something feminine for her, a floral theme is the ticket.

If anyone would like to trip around the tulips, gardenias and daisies with me, I would like very much to host this mixed cut swap. The quilt top using the fats and the border is a piano key. What do y'all think? Plus, I already know the math.
(12 participants= 4 +a few inches of one fabric)

Let me know, but if just a flora, I will still be in with you Barbara

Wonderful, I would love to hear from anyone else interested in a mixed swap. I believe it will be a nice theme selection of flora fabrics to work different patterns.I sent a PM to Barbara. See ya soon.

Barbara I love the idea of a spring floral swap.  I always vote for layer cakes, cheaper and more can be involved but I'll go along with whatever the group wants to do.  Just count me in.

kept seeing about swapping fabrics but just found the group.  I'm interested in whatever size ya'll decide for spring florals.  I think that's what it was.  asnyways, I'm in!
