This one is a hybrid. The top third is hand pieced, the middle machine pieced the bottom hand pieced. All with freezer paper templates. I like this one (I kinda like them all).

Really nice!  Your hand piecing looks as precise as your machine stitching!  Love the colors.  You are on a roll with triangles lately.  Are all your squares finished, or are you just in a triangle mood?

Thanks for the compliment Patricia.

I haven't finished my main blocks. The triangles are my favourites so I'm working on those first.

Kris, I really love your triangles. They are beautiful; especially like the fabrics in this one. I made, I think, 4 triangles before I decided not to use the triangles, but I may re-think that.

I really like the triangles too.  I do use the special DJ ruler template for them -- I think without that, I would be sunk.  Kris, with your love of small pieces, you really need to take a a look at that Nearly Insane. ; )

I have the book in my Amazon shopping cart waiting for other items to checkout. I have a photo of the quilt in a coffee table book of quilts. I have some other quilts lined up as possible "should not be starting those" as well (patchwork of the crosses with half inch hexagons, there is a millefiori quilt along that started last month, quilted diamonds, dutch treats, Quiltmania magazine mystery quilt, etc etc). I'm hopeless. No Nearly Insane. LOL

Hearing you loud and clear.  I have more projects in my to-do list than I can ever hope to get done.  I do believe it's an occupational hazard.

LOL. Judy I went to the LQS today and a Lady was looking and a very pretty piece of fabric. She put it back saying she didn't need to start anything new. The shop owner said, "That wouldn't stop Kris from buying it." Does she know me or what? Yes I did buy 9 yards. Ask me what I bought it for...

9 yards. Sounds like something Nana would do. OK, I'll bite. What is it for? Stash? 9 yards for your stash? How about posting a picture of the irresistible fabric?

Judy you've been to retreats with me; you know how I shop. LOL.

Anyway here's my haul today:

The two greys are from the same line (Whitewashed Cottage), they are what got my attention, the white is from that line as well. The purples are from two other lines I found in the shop. Not sure without checking the selvage at this point. They will go in the stash for now. I wasn't shopping with a purpose. I didn't go there to shop at all. The owner promised to do something for me and I was there to drop off paperwork. The fabrics spoke to me and I couldn't ignore them. If you can't tell from the photo I misspoke earlier - it is 15 yards. ROFLOL 3 yards each.
