Great block Barbara that is Mary's Journey. I cut mine out this morning and also started Autumn's Aster. I'm doing an appliqué technique with that one, but the block Mary's Journey I will probably hand stitch rather than try to work with those little pieces on the machine.

Back to work now! have a great day

Got both of these cut out and started to piece Mary's Journey this morning, when I figured out I lost a small corner triangle. I know I have another one around here somewhere, because, I cut out enough for 2 blocks because that is the way I follow directions from the DJ Program, it says 4 pieces and I always think it is 4 pieces before the final cutting. Silly me! Problem is I cannot find the extras now, oh where oh where could they be?

Have a super day everyone. I'm heading out for a manicure and pedicure with my D S-I-L and lunch at the Casino.

xoxoxo,

kathie@kallingkline.com:

G-9 Mary's Journey - white background

G-9 Mary's Journey - tan background - Hand Pieced

Kathie - you might need to correct your red and white - or leave it and say it is your amish block in the quilt - your flying geese on the left side is different direction then the rest - but like Kris I love your red fabrics and can't wait to see your finished quilt.

Well, I got Mary's Journey finish this morning. Hope to get a couple of more done after tomorrow. Once the holiday is over, I'll be going great guns again.

Wishing you all a very Blessed Easter.

Thank you Barbara, & Kris

Here is F-9 Autumn Aster.

I finished it this morning. I started a 3-ring notebook and have the blocks with the DJ software directions pinned together, but looks like I need a "bigger" notebook.

Thanks for looking

Ms MoomMist,

I was keeping mine in a binder as well. I've moved them to a photo box and I keep my journal pages and tips in the binder.

Thank you very much. I thought about something like that, but it seems that I can flip through them easier. We will see as the binder fills up, but I definitely know it will need to be bigger. :o)
