Love the detail and beaded spider in the web. I forgot to mention it!! LOL
Stephanie, you are welcome. It was my pleasure and I'm glad you love it. The lace is cotton and is a vintage motif that I cut apart and stitched down. The petals are padded under satin stitch. I'd like to try making some by hand some day.
Thanks, Lillie. The Peacock took about a week of evenings.
Thanks, Diane.
I love this form of art so much.

Linny, your work on Stephanie's block is stunning.
So you have done two blocks and added a beautiful spider and web to each. This is going to be your signature from now on in the round robins.
Absolutely beautiful.
Wish I was involved with this round robin.
When will you ladies be starting the next one?
From Western New York
Thank you Darlene. I did a web on Robin's and Stephanie said she wanted one, too. I don't know how I'd add a spider web to Diane's. It's an under the sea theme. I like doing spider webs, though, so who knows. Lillie will probably get one. We have 2 more rounds to this one, so, next year Feb before we're done. I'd be game for another. I love CQ, especially with friends. I'd love it if you joined in.

I do love it, and I am overwhelmed by the thought and hours you have put into each of our blocks.

Me too! Do you think by February you can join in?
Stephanie:Do you think by February you can join in?
I certainly hope so. I need to do some traditional CQ again and this looks like the right thing to get me inspired.
My mind is spinning thinking about what to do for my block but I must finish Christmas related things before that. I have time but not the desire to wait. LOL!
Linny,
Your additions to Stephanie's block are beautiful. I love the peacock. I think what you added was terrific.
Robin

I wish we all lived close to one another so we could play face to face.
I'm actually learning online. I'll post the urls once I can find them on my travel netbook. lol
That would be great! And I agree I wish we could all get together and play.
Here's my work on Diane's block. It was a lot of fun to work on. I hope you like it!
