I went to Joanne's today and all they had was Fons and Porter Jan - Feb 2013 issue. But i did find two really good books one with Star Block that can be made in any size also included a CD. Also found a book with 501 quilting designs. Both books I got for half price. So all was not lost. I did watch the video and wrote down what was needed. Really simple and I have oodles of 10" squares so am planning on making different color pinwheels. Also when I came home i looked through my magazines that I get through mail I do have the Jan-Feb 2013. So hopefully I'll get it through the mail. If not video helped me a lot. So you can count me in too.
I must be missing something. I don't see anything about the specifics, but I think I would like to join. A Christmas quilt is definitely on my wish list for this year. I don't have much "scrap" Christmas fabric, but I am sure I can manage.

Jan - I have another thread started with the quilt that we are making - it is from the magazine that came out this winter called Quilting Quickly. The Missouri Star Quilt Company did a magazine with Fons & Porter and it has a lot of wonderful projects in it. We kind of decided to make this quilt and everyone is making it from the magazine. I can't give specifics on the size of the pieces but I did do a tutorial on how to make the star block - go over to that thread and join in.
