Great job!  Love the yellow and purples.  The little inner purple border is perfect with your 4 square border!  Lovely quilt. :-)

Here's my June scrappy.

Max, thank you for the star idea. I decided to go with leaves since they seemed to fit with the color scheme and because my sister likes leaves.  I've decided to give this one to her. She is going through some rough times so I'm calling it "Hugs from Home." The seven leaves represent the seven of us kids. Now if only I can decide on a border treatment and git 'er done.

Thank you, Nana!! This was fun!

How wonderful. I love quilts with sentiment attached. They are so meaningful for the quilter and receiver. I would do something with leaves or that goes with the leaves that are so symbolic of your family. Thanks for sharing this beautiful quilt. I have seen some lovely autumn fabrics that have those colors.

I finished my top a couple weeks ago and got it quilted today. I used an all over meander and each border is quilted differently. Not a very good job but I'm happy to say I finished something. I can keep my "quilter" card. I have a bunch of leftover bindings sewn together and will (hopefully) get that sewn on soon. I really hate bindings.

I used a FQ bundle from Connecting Threads for the back:
