I like it with the dark background.  Good job.

Darlene,

Love love love the dark background!  Now that I've seen it, I'm going to have to try it...it's added to my 'someday list', and not too far down, either! Really like how you made a reversable quilt with this one...very nice!

Kris:

I finished my top a couple weeks ago and got it quilted today. I used an all over meander and each border is quilted differently. Not a very good job but I'm happy to say I finished something. I can keep my "quilter" card. I have a bunch of leftover bindings sewn together and will (hopefully) get that sewn on soon. I really hate bindings.

I used a FQ bundle from Connecting Threads for the back:

Kris, I like the way you finished off the June Scrappy and the backing is terrific.

I've been wondering what to do with my MQ6 top. After seeing Kris and Darlene's quilts, I think I'll combine it with the June Scrappy and make it a reversible quilt.

Kris--like your quilting--especially the loops just inside the outer border.  Looks great!

Darlene--Like all your polka dots! Nice job!

This turned out so big it took 2 people to hold it up. Thanks Nana for the scrappy quilt top.
