I have Skype but would have to do this on a weekend as I work evenings.

I don't know a lot about it, but I have it downloaded on my computer. It is free. once downloaded, you can visit with your friends through Skype. If you have a camera then you will be able to see that person live. you invite your friends and they have to accept. Google skyp and see what you think.

Kris, I was thinking it would be great fun to have a pj party and just sew together, laugh and get to know each other better.

Mel only problem is you can't do a group on the free Skpe ,you have to have the paid subscription to do groups or at least one person does. I'm not just real sure how that works ,I'm not paying for a script .can't afford it right now .

Melody,

you can only video chat with one at a time if you're not paying. I think the fee is $4.99 per month for a premium account. I don't have a premium account at this time but might consider it.

I mainly use Skype's telephone services to call home I've only done video a handful of times.

Next week when I get the new PC set up and high speed hooked up I'm getting skype and every other free fun thing I've not been able to do with dial up! :D Can't wait til the 21st!
