Yeah me! I finally decided to quit what I was working on to try these blocks. Last night I pieced the the Bees and Fields which I need to redo. This morning I wanted to try the Snow Blossoms block which I completed. Who would have thunk you would have to rip out PP? lol
Here is a pic of my first PP block
I think I will make me a quilt with all of the first try of these blocks good or bad but then again........maybe not.
Had fun paper piecing though so thank you Melody for choosing this block!!

Bev : Here is a pic of my first PP block
Very beautiful block,Bev!
Beautiful blocks everyone. I'm still practicing PP and really do enjoy how nice the blocks come out if I do it right. Can't believe this month is half over already...WOW! We will be see what blocks are next pretty soon :) I am working on the QCA round robin, embroidered butterfly blocks (another site) these BOM and fabric postcards (another site). It sounds a lot more time consuming that what it really is and it is keeping me busy.
Bev, I am making a quilt from my "first try" wonky blocks too. No matter what they look like, they are going into a quilt so i can remember my "First BOM club". I figure it will make a good car quilt or a tent for my grand daughter..lol I am also making a Christmas theme and a Patriotic theme...so in the end I will have 3 quilts! Off to make supper so I can sew some more.
