This is the quilt I made during a hand-applique course.The design is by Francoise Maarse. I chose the colours of a picture of a lavenderfield. The name Lavandin is chosen, because lavandin is a lavender hybrid. So is the quilt, the flowers aren't lavender, but the colours are.

Now this one is so beautiful.  I just love the lavenders with the blue centers.  Really pretty and fresh looking.
