breinkc:

Linny I appologise for spelling your name wrong.  Spell checker isn't helping either.  It tries to make it Lonnie.

Bren

Don't give it another thought, Bren.  It didn't bother me at all.

Here's my Poppy.

Very nice Linny. Looks like a real poppy. One of my favourite flowers.

Thanks, Kris.  I am amazed at how easy they are to grow.  I had a packet of seeds once and just sprinkled them on prepared soil and watered every day.  They grew right up.  I love how bold, yet delicate they look and how they sway in the wind.

Ooh I'm going to look for seeds. I'm really bad at gardening (black thumb) plants die when they hear my name (or so it seems) LOL. I'm going to try some of these. I'm trying to grow lavender but so far nothing.

Linny,

I love poppies, they're one of the sweetest flowers I've ever seen.   Yours is perfect.

gini:

I added an extra petal to the center flower.   i didn't like how it was looking.  i really need to work on my embroidery.   i don't like doing it so i get sloppy.  i'll rip this lot out and start over.

Hi Gini,

I see that this picure was posted back in July but wanted to say I like your embroidery also. I can just see that flower a blowin in the wind. Hope you did not change it..
