Fall sounds good Gini. Not sure what will be going on then so this is a tentative yes.
I am planning on doing it. I got my background already..... I have only gotten the first basket done of A Tisket, A tasket, but am hoping that I can get back to that one and then on to Snowbound. Count me in.
"I cannot count my day complete until needle and thread meet."
great lainey, i have half the blocks done to a tisket. should have them finished by august gini
I downloaded the rest of Snowbound and hope to be able to work on it this fall. I am presently working on block 7 of TAT. I always seem to have too many irons in the fire. Maybe I am slightly ADD because I can't seem to just work on one thing at a time.
The thought of being snowbound is so refreshing here in HOT Texas. I joined the applique group today. I consider myself accuracy challenged, but my applique is good. I was so lucky to have Patricia B. Campbell as my applique instructor. I learned to love applique while taking the class. At the time she was teaching Baltimore applique while developing a different style that was not as fussy. She named the new style Jacobean Applique.
How do I access the patterns? Is there yardage requirements included? I can remember when people did the old snowbound from Red Wagon. Please sign me up for snowbound.
gini2, go to bunny hill designs website and sign up, every month she will send out free patterns and you will be able to pick up the ones already released. once she has released all the patterns, she removes them from the free list and you will need to pay for them gini
oh, and welcome, we've been pretty busy this summer and the applique has slowed doen. we'll get back into it in the fall gini
hum Im adding it to my list of want to make projects
Grand Junction, CO
Add me to the list, at least tentatively. Sounds like fun.
I have been downloading the snowman patterns so count me in on this also.
Marilyn from Iowa
I have downloaded the patterns and will be doing this also, but I probably won't make the whole quilt. I think I'll just do a wallhanging with some of my favorites. I have a niece who collects snowmen and it would make a nice Christmas gift for her. With all else I've got going on, I don't think I'd finish a whole quilt in time for Christmas.
how does the first of september sound for getting started? gini
September 1 is good by me.
here i am not even finished with TAT and i bought my background fabric already. sheesh. i have my fabrics and patterns in the same house so i can get pics tonight. i have princess overnight so we need to go play first gini
