I am new to this process, where do I get the patterns?

when we decide on a project, we each buy that pattern from the source. quilts that aren't made collectively, are from patterns that members either found on their own or designed themselves. one of the quilts we made was from bunny hill designs, that was a free BOM for that year. i have gotten a little picky about selecting patterns, because on one of our projects, the book became hard to find and expensive about 6 months after we started the project.
