you will notice that my circle is broken.  i was in a hurry to finish this one before the retreat.   note the upside down heart.   i'll go back and fix it later.

we're on block 8 already, can you believe it?

I would have missed that upside down heart if you hadn't pointed it out.  I actually had to hunt for a moment.  This kind of mistake is one that is a good one to leave and then see if anyone can find the upside down heart once the whole quilt is done.

Nice looking block Gini. Will get mine started in a couple of weeks. Put our house on the market and it sold in 1 week. Have to move into an apartment now as we aren't leaving the area until June when school is out. Busy packing, boxing etc. now.

What I can't believe is that I'm keeping up with this. I'm having so much fun with this pattern.

Your block looks great Gini. I, too, would have missed the upside down heart. How is your circle broken? What am I missing?

You know, I spent awhile trying to see a break in your circle, Gini.  I thought you were talking about 2 things, lol. I like it with the heart different.  You almost don't see it because of the plaid.  Then when you do it almost looks intentional.  It's a pretty block.

Oh OK. I guess I'm a little slow on the uptake. I have my circle glued down and all pieces except those little leaves cut and ready to go.

Unbroken Circle - Finally have this one finished and ready to start the next one. Will be doing the Sunflower and Sweetpeas Block (I am only doing 12 blocks and like the last 4 blocks in the book).
