Thank you Rose. We will be moving the the Smithfield area in June. That is where our son and family live. 2000 miles is just too far away from family.

Thank you Emily. Won't get it finished until sometime in the fall. We sold our home and are living in a small apartment until summer when we will be moving to Virginia. Don't have any room to lay it out here in the apartment. Will just need to put it away until later. Had fun making this project and working along with everyone else.
Thank you Sheila. I just used material from my stash for all of the applique. All of it is needle turned. Took some time but wanted to learn how to to needle turn applique. The blocks were enlarged to finish out at 12 inch squares. Fun project. Good one to start as none of the pieces were too small.
Thank you Nana. Can't wait to see what all the rest look like. I am sure they will be stunning.
Thank you so much Gini. And thank you for leading this group.
Thanks Barbara.
Thank you Lillie. Since this was my first needle turn project, didn't want to do the borders in applque. Thought that would prove to be too much. Will do the appliqued border on the next project.
Thank you Kris. Really enjoyed doing this project.
My project has been stalled for a little while but I just pulled it back out so I'll be working on it again.
Here's where I'm at.
Kathie Kline: Finish quilt top.
Finish quilt top.
Kathy, your quilt is beautiful! I can't hardly believe this was your first appliqued quilt, it is very well done.

Jacy - Sweet bird & fountain block! Great job on all of them but, I do like that one really well.
Jacy, your handwork (I assume it ishandwork) is beautifully done. Every curve is just so and your colors are fantastic. Love it!
Kathie your blocks look great together and love that border fabric. It really ties the whole thing together. Wonderful quilt!
