McCall's Quilting senior editor Kathy Patterson played along too, using assorted 1930s repro prints. She chose white solid as 2 of her fabrics (both A and C fabrics). She appliquéd pretty English paper pieced flowers onto the white solid snowball centers.

oh I love your quilt it is unique I like your idea  with the gmfs in the center squares . Beautifully done!
